This is a visit to the source of the Sacred Kaveri River in Karnataka. Kaveri is considered a river of divinity, peace and tranquility. It is also known as the Ganges of the south. From Talakaveri, steps lead up to the Brahmagiri peak where the seven great sages or saptarishi had performed a special yagya. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the misty blue Brahmagiri hills. Elephants can be seen wandering around here.
